I can help you find new ways to cope with the challenges you are facing. In therapy, we will work together to identify what is most important to you and help you realign your life with your values.

I have been trained in several different models of treating depression, anxiety, and PTSD for adults. I offer a nonjudgmental space where we can explore your patterns of thinking and behavior to better understand the emotions you experience.
